HI Carole- thanks for being a steady follower and supporter! Yes- going to the ocean when it is 40 degrees, cold, damp, and windy is hearty– and worth it! But when you’re in the company of folks in their 80s who aren’t complaining, it makes you feel like you’d better just keep walking.
